PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a printing plate cylinder in which manual operations required for positioning are greatly reduced, and a fine asperity pattern having little distortion can be formed at a desired position on a surface of the printing plate cylinder.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a printing plate cylinder, a mold laminate 10 with a pattern laminated having an alignment mark 12 in an imprint molding mold 11 is fixed on a transportation stage 22 installed facing the printing plate cylinder 21, action of the plate cylinder 21 and the transportation stage 22 is controlled by alignment cameras 23 and 24 so that the mold laminate 10 is bonded to the plate cylinder in parallel with an axial direction of the plate cylinder 21 and at a prescribed position of the plate cylinder 21, the plate cylinder 21 is lowered while rotating and the stage 22 is transported in synchronization with the rotation speed, and the mold laminated 10 is bonded to the plate cylinder 21 and at the same time the mold 11 is left on the stage 22 to alienate the mold 11 so as to obtain the printing plate cylinder to which a fine pattern is bonded at the prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
