PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reliably fixing a planar impermeable sheet A to the surface of a concrete structure B.SOLUTION: A fixation plate 1 is embedded in the surface of a concrete structure B such that the welding surface 11 thereof is exposed on the surface. A heating metal is attached to the surface of the fixation plate 1. An impermeable sheet A is laid thereon from outside. The heating metal is induction-heated with an electromagnetic induction device 4 from the outside of the permeable sheet A, so that the fixation plate 1 and the permeable sheet A are thermally welded. |
