PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O/W type emulsion composition, excellent in emulsification stability.SOLUTION: The composition includes a phosphate ester and a polyhydroxystearic acid ester of polyethylene glycol. By using the phosphate ester together with a polyhydroxy fatty acid ester of polyethylene glycol, the W/O/W type emulsion composition exhibits excellent emulsification stability for a long period of time. |
