PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ending note allowing a user to accurately and easily describe and make a holograph certificate will, and also making the will easy and secured to store, easy to find if necessary, and enabling useless dispute related to inheritance among inheritors, for instance, families to be avoided as much as possible.SOLUTION: An ending note including a block for describing individual information of a testator is obtained by combining a block for describing a holograph certificate will, a block described with a manual for describing the holograph certificate will without defect, and a block for describing feeling of a testator, related to described contents of the holograph certificate will.
