<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device capable of miniaturizing an optical pickup device, and to provide the optical pickup device capable of being miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The blue-purple light-emitting point 11, infrared light-emitting point 31 and red light-emitting point 21 of the semiconductor laser device 1000A are arranged so as to be lined up on approximately straight lines along the Y direction in the order. Blue-purple laser beams emitted from the blue-purple light-emitting point 11 and red laser beams emitted from the red light-emitting point 21 are projected to an optical disk DI by an optical system composed of a polarized light BS902, a collimator lens 903, a beam expander 904, a λ/4 board 905, an objective lens 906, a cylinder lens 907, and an optic-axis correction element 908; and fed back from the optical disk DI while being introduced to a photo-detector 909a. Infrared laser beams emitted from the infrared light-emitting point 31 are projected to the optical disk DI by the optical system, fed back from the optical disk DI, and introduced to the photo-detector 909b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
