PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electronic device maintaining a clearance between members by reducing deformation of the members at a specified part. SOLUTION: This electronic device 100 has: a pair of opposed substrates 101, 102; an electrostatic device 106 arranged in a region AL of the substrates 101, 102; and an adhesive 105 to fix a pair of the substrates 101, 102. The adhesive 105 is provided in regions AR, AL different from the electrostatic device 106, the electrostatic device 100 additionally has at least a first spacer 103 and a second spacer 104 provided in the neighborhood of the adhesive 105 to maintain the clearance (d) between the opposed substrates 101, 102 in the region AL where the electrostatic device 106 is arranged, and the first spacer 103 and the second spacer 104 are provided at a position to constrain displacement in the neighborhood of the adhesive 105 of a pair of the substrates 101, 102.
