PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid prototype formed object which has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength (particularly, high temperature strength), and has arbitrary shapes. SOLUTION: A preliminarily formed body (green compact) A1 formed by using a mixed body 3 of a powder skeleton metal 1, which becomes a main component of the rapid prototype formed object, and a powder Ni base alloy 2, is set in a vacuum furnace 10 having a heating means 11. Then, the powder skeleton metal 1 is integrated with the powder Ni base alloy serving as a binder by heating and pressurizing the preliminarily formed body in a vacuum atmosphere to produce the rapid prototype formed object.
