A polarized film attaching apparatus is provided to attach a polarized film simply to one side or both sides of a substrate module by loading the substrate module in a standing state. A worktable(2) provides a work surface(S). A rotary table(T1) for a substrate is located on the work surface(S), and has a rotary surface(S1) which rotates with respect to the center part by being supplied with power from a driving source(M1). A loading plate(L1) for the substrate is installed on the rotary surface(S1) of the rotary table(T1) for the substrate, and has a loading surface(L1-1) for loading a substrate module(G) in a standing state. A rotary table(T2) for a film is located on the work surface(S) by being separated from the rotary table(T1) for the substrate, and has a rotary surface(S2) which rotates with respect to the center part by being supplied with the power from a driving source(M3). A loading plate(L2) for a film is installed on the rotary surface(S2) of the rotary table(T2) for the film, and has a loading surface(L2-1) for loading a polarized film(F) in a standing state. A film supply device(10) supplies the polarized film(F) to the loading surface(L2-1) of the loading plate(L2) for the film from the work surface(S). A sheet separating device(16) separates a carrier sheet(F1) attached at one side of the polarized film(F) loaded on the loading plate(L2) for the film by an adhesive force of a tape. A driving device(24) moves and attaches the polarized film(F) to one side of the substrate module(G) by the moving operation of the substrate module(G) in a state in which the loading plate(L1) for the substrate and the loading plate(L2) for the film face each other.
