PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever device with improved operability, which hardly fatigues the hand and can be held with a comfortable touch. SOLUTION: In the operation lever device 19, a centerline Cf of a grip part 67 of a length corresponding to the width of a hand Hh is offset by an offset amount K outwardly (in a direction shown by an arrow a2) in a machine body width direction (Y-axis direction). The grip part 67 is formed in a gutter shape, and comprises a first side part 82 connected to one side of a bottom part and a second side part 83 connected to the other side thereof, the second side part 83 being disposed in a centerline Cm of a walking management machine.
