PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the reliability of a tracking result by a tracking sensor. SOLUTION: Moving body information serving as information on a moving body passing through a particular position in a predetermined range is obtained from a particular position sensor for monitoring the particular position. As information that can be collated with the moving body information obtained by the particular position sensor, a tracking result by a tracking sensor is converted into moving body information serving as information on the moving body passing through the particular position. The moving body information converted is collated with the moving body information obtained by the particular position sensor for matching, to determine the reliability of the tracking result by the tracking sensor.
