PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure in which a filament coil and a lead wire can be connected certainly and thermally shielded. SOLUTION: The electrode structure 10 is constituted of two lead wires 11, 12 arranged mutually in parallel and a filament coil 13 having connection parts 13b, 13c extracted in longitudinal direction, and respective connection parts 13b, 13c of the filament coil are connected respectively to the top end of the corresponding lead wires 11, 12. The top end of each lead wires 11, 12 has pipe connection part 14, 15 of which one end 14a, 15a is respectively covered and fixed by caulking, and each connection part 13b, 13c of the filament coil 13 is inserted into and caulking fixed to the other end 14b, 15b of the respective corresponding pipe connection parts 14, 15 so as not to directly contact the top end of the lead wires 11, 12.
