PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating resin composition which forms a film having comprehensively excellent weather resistance, water resistance and mechanical stability and which can be used not only in on-site painting of exterior walls of a building and the like, but also on inorganic building materials such as a ceramic-based building material and the like.SOLUTION: A coating resin composition comprises a resin emulsion obtained by emulsion polymerizing a monomer component. A plurality of emulsifiers are used in emulsion polymerizing the monomer component. |
