<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor-type air conditioner capable of using components of fan motors disposed at upper and lower parts of a casing in common, preventing erroneous assembling, and preventing increase of ventilation resistance caused by an electric component box. <P>SOLUTION: The long rectangular electric component box 14 is disposed at a center of a back face of a suction opening 2a, lengths of lead wires led out from the fan motors 15, 16 of air distribution fans 12, 13 disposed at the upper and lower parts, and connected with the electric component box 14 are equalized to use the fan motors 15, 16 in common. Thus the erroneous assembling can be reduced, and costs for the components can be also reduced. Further as the electric component box 14 is formed into the long rectangular shape and located at a boundary position of upper and lower two layered flows of the flowing-in air, the increase of the ventilation resistance can be prevented as little as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
