PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of vane motion while securing a sealability in a vane-type compressor.SOLUTION: A vane type compressor 200 includes: a substantially cylindrical cylinder 1; a rotor shaft 4 having a columnar rotor portion 4a rotated in the cylinder 1, and shaft portions 4b, 4c transmitting torque to the columnar rotor portion 4a,; and vanes 5, 6 disposed in the rotor portion 4a, and having circular arc-shaped vane tip portions 5b, 6b at an outer side. A recessed portion 32 is formed on a cylinder inner peripheral face 1b, and a seal region 32a is formed by allowing a part of the rotor portion 4a to enter the recessed portion 32. The vane tip portions 5b, 6b are positioned in the rotor portion 4a and are moved along a circumference of the cylinder inner peripheral face 1b. |
