PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal method and a disposal device for a radioactive substance adsorbent, capable of efficiently treating the radioactive substance adsorbent that contains a ferrocyanide to which a radioactive substance is adsorbed and creating a solidified body in which elution of cyan is suppressed.SOLUTION: The disposal method comprises a step S1 of mixing a radioactive substance absorbent 1 that contains the ferrocyanide to which the radioactive substance is adsorbed with a clay mineral 2, a step S2 of press molding the radioactive substance adsorbent 1 and the clay mineral 2, which have been mixed together, and a step S3 of heating the radioactive substance adsorbent 1 and the clay mineral 2, which have been press molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
