PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the aspect ratio of a signal electrode, or to suppress leakage of elastic wave.SOLUTION: A lateral coupling multiplex mode monolithic filter includes a substrate 10, a piezoelectric film 14 formed on the substrate, a ground electrode 12 formed on the first surface of the piezoelectric film, and a plurality of signal electrodes 18 formed on the second surface, opposite from the first surface, of the piezoelectric film, each including a first electrode finger 16a and a second electrode finger 16b, and arranged in parallel with each other. The first electrode finger and second electrode finger have potentials different from each other, and the adjoining signal electrodes, out of the plurality of signal electrodes, are separated by a distance greater than the pitch of the first and second electrode fingers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
