Apparatus for applying a soil treatment, the apparatus being selectively operable between a high pressure mode and a low pressure mode, the apparatus comprising: a high pressure application tool operable to inject soil treatment under high pressure into the soil in the high pressure mode of the apparatus; a low pressure application tool discrete from the high pressure application tool and operable to apply soil treatment under low pressure to the soil in the low pressure mode of the apparatus, the low pressure being substantially lower than the high pressure of the high pressure mode of the apparatus; and a base unit in fluid communication with the high pressure application tool in the high pressure mode of the apparatus and operable in the high pressure mode to deliver pressurized fluid to the high pressure application tool for operation of the high pressure application tool, the base unit being in fluid communication with the low pressure application tool in the low pressure mode of the apparatus and operable in the low pressure mode to deliver fluid to the low pressure application tool at a substantially lower pressure than in the high pressure mode, the high pressure application tool and the low pressure application tool each being respectively positionable relative to the base unit, said base unit, high pressure application tool and low pressure application tool being configured relative to each other such that the low pressure application tool is inoperable when the high pressure application tool is operating and the high pressure application tool is inoperable when the low pressure application tool is operating.
