A device for guiding a long object is formed by connecting a plurality of links (13) so that the links (13) can pivot. Each of the links (13) is provided with a pair of link sections (12) facing each other in the width direction (Y). The plurality of links (13) are connected so that the links (13) can pivot while being arranged in the series direction (X) perpendicular to the width direction (Y). A first link (13a) and a second link (13b), which are adjacent to each other in the series direction (X), can pivot between a first state and a second state. Each of the link sections (12) has a first engagement section (31) and first and second restriction members (35, 36). The first and second restriction members (35, 36) of each of the link sections (13) restrict the movement, in the width direction (Y), of the first engagement section (31) of another link section (12) adjacent to the each of the link sections (12) in the series direction (X), and an opening (K) is formed between the first restriction member (35) and the second restriction member (36). When the first and second links (13a, 13b) are disposed in a third state between the first state and the second state, the first engagement section (31) of the second link (13b) matches with the opening (K) of the first link (13a) in the width direction (Y). |
