PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide growth hormone polypeptides and methods of making and using the same.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a composition comprising a growth hormone linked to an extended recombinant polypeptide (XTEN), isolated nucleic acids encoding such a composition, vectors and host cells comprising the nucleic acid, methods for producing such a composition, and uses of such compounds in treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions associated with growth hormones.
