Disclosed are an information system fault scenario information collection method and system. Information of each parameter within a first preset parameter set of an information system is collected in a timed manner at preset time intervals, the operational status of the information system is monitored, it is determined whether the operational status of the information system is faulty, and when the operational status of the information system is faulty, information of each parameter within a second preset parameter set of the information system is collected. In the information collection method and system, information of each parameter within the first preset parameter set of the information system is collected at the preset time intervals, and when the operational status of the information system is faulty, information of each parameter within the second preset parameter set of the information system is collected automatically. Manual participation and collection are no longer required, thereby ensuring the comprehensiveness and timeliness of the information collection in order to satisfy requirements for subsequently performing analysis and positioning on a fault problem, and preventing the risk of incorrect operations occurring during manual information collection in an emergency situation. |
