PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof material composition excellent in water resistance, elongation, mechanical strength, chemical resistance, etc., to provide a waterproof- coated structure highly excellent in waterproofness and resistance to crack, and to provide a waterproof-coating method for propagation the above structure. SOLUTION: The objective resin composition is characterized by comprising a radical-polymerizable monomer and an unsaturated polyester made from an alcohol component including 30-100 mol% of tetraethylene glycol and an acid component including 30-100 mol% of anα,β-unsaturated dibasic acid and/or anhydride thereof and having a double bond titer of 200-700; wherein the unsaturated polyester is characterized by being urethane-modified by a polyfunctional isocyanate compound. The 2nd objective waterproof material composition is characterized by preferably comprising the above resin composition and a fibrous reinforcing material. The 3rd objective waterproof-coated structure is characterized by having as the waterproof layer a cured product obtained by curing the above waterproof material composition. The other objective waterproof-coating method is characterized by involving using the above cured product as the waterproof layer for a building.
