PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for informing an actual registrant previously conducting a registration work of the deletion and change of a registration information by a general user excepting the registrant. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has an information input-output means for inputting and outputting a transmission-destination information, a registrant information and a user information, and an information conservation means for registering and conserving the transmission-destination information, the registrant information and the user information. The image forming apparatus further has a user discriminating means for comparing the registrant information and the user information and discriminating as to who a current user for the device is, and an information means for informing the registrant of a message. In the image forming apparatus, when persons excepting the registrant delete or change the registered transmission-destination information, the registrant is informed of the deletion or change of the transmission-destination information.
