<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of starting the printing from a page designated via an installed operation panel after a cause for an error is removed. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus 100 allows an image plotting control section 30 to store image information in a unit of page applied with processing of image-plotting for printing. After an error occurs during the printing and the cause for the error is removed, one of a plurality of items of printing recovery methods including one for designating the starting of the printing from a page next to a page which was being printed when the error occurred, is selectively received via a printing recovery method reception screen 200 in the operation panel 70.
