<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food raw material causing slight deterioration with age even after cooked, with which food excellent in resistance to a microwave oven after storage can be obtained, and excellent flavor can be imparted to the food. <P>SOLUTION: The food raw material comprises a starch-fermented seasoning powder complex.
