PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a latch mechanism to be operated surely and easily even in the case the latch mechanism is made compact. SOLUTION: Step sections 14P, 16P of holding members 14, 16 which make up the latch mechanism, are adapted to selectively engage to a projection section 20P of a slider member 20 such that the holding members 14, 16 are placed on positions for holding a semiconductor device 36 or releasing the semiconductor device 36.
