PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength dispersion measuring device capable of easily determining wavelength dispersion. SOLUTION: The light intensity P of back scattered light acquired by allowing the first incident light having the first wavelengthλ1 and the second incident light having the second wavelengthλ2 to enter an optical fiber to be measured is measured correlatively with the distance Z from the incident end of the optical fiber to be measured, and a space frequency Fs(=1/(min3-min2)) of the light intensity P is derived based on minimal positions min2, min3 where the light intensity P takes each minimal value, and the wavelength dispersion D(λ1) of the optical fiber to be measured is derived based on the space frequency Fs.
