PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generator stably generating superheated steam for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A superheated steam supplying device 2 is composed by providing: electromagnetic induction objects 10, 12; conductive materials 40, 42 arranged to be induction-heated by the electromagnetic induction objects 10, 12; a furnace body 20 housing the conductive materials 40, 42, having a cavity having a passage for allowing supply of a medium to be heated and exhaust of the heated medium, and for carrying out distribution of the medium, and having an oxide based ceramics material in an inner wall exposed at least to a cavity interior; and a holder fixing and holding the furnace body 20 in a predetermined position with respect to the electromagnetic induction objects.
