PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner scattering, and reliably open a toner bag in a body to be supplied with toner without contaminating a hand, for supplying the toner.SOLUTION: A toner supply device includes: a toner bag storage part that stores a toner bag with a toner housing part for housing toner; cutting means arranged in the toner bag storage part and linearly opening the toner housing part to open the toner bag; and toner discharge means for discharging the toner housed in the toner housing part from the opened toner bag. The toner supply device supplies the toner to a part to be supplied with toner.
