A fuel sell system of apartment house is provided to improve the convenience according to maintenance and administration by collectively setting up a fuel reformer, a fuel cell stack, and an inverter in a common facility of an apartment house and to ensure the performance stability. A fuel sell system of apartment house includes a fuel reformer(10) which is installed at a common facility(1) of an apartment house and makes the hydrogen with steam and fuel; a fuel cell stack(20) which is installed at the common facility of the apartment house, is supplied with the hydrogen generated in the fuel reformer, generates the electricity by performing the electric chemistry reaction of the hydrogen and oxygen in the air and supplies the electricity to the apartment house; an inverter(21) converting the direct current generated in the fuel cell stack to the alternating current; a thermal storage tank(30) which is provided with the heat and warm water collected from the fuel reformer and fuel cell stack, and supplies heating and warm water to the respective household; a sub electric power supply device of supplying the power necessary to the minimum load operation of the fuel reformer in the power outage of the apartment house; a gauge of measuring the driving load information by measuring the used power amount of respective household; and a controller(11) controlling the operation of the fuel reformer based on the driving load information measured from the gauge. |
