A method for controlling a mobile device having a handwriting function using multi-touch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting a handwriting input from a handwriting window on a touchscreen of the mobile device; dividing the handwriting input into a multi-touch input and a single touch input; generating a multi-touch output corresponding to the multi-touch input and a single touch output corresponding to the single touch input; and displaying the handwriting output on an output window of the touchscreen.
