<p>The present invention provides optical glass for precise compression molding with enhanced chromatic dispersion of a high refractive index, and a preform manufactured by the same, an optical component and an optical apparatus. If looked at a weight percentage of the optical glass for precise compression molding, it is featured by 1-10% of SiO_2, 10-25% of B_2O_3, 15-35% of La_2O_3, 10-35% of Gd_2O_3, 1-20% of ZnO, and at least one of LaF_3, GdF_3 and YF_3, and the optical glass has 1.75-1.82 of a refractive index and 45-52 of an Abbe number. By introducing F- in a way of combining with rare earth elements, the present invention reduces chromatic dispersion, and simultaneously increases glass uniformity and consistency as well as mixes Li_2O, ZnO and F^- at a reasonable rate, and thereby, enhancing stability and quality of the glass and reducing a transition temperature of the glass so as to have an advantages in compression molding.</p> |
