<p>This invention relates to a reflection-type display device, and an Al-base alloy material for a reflection film which has an excellent reflection property and can be bonded directly to a transparent electrode layer such as ITO and IZO. The Al-Ni-B alloy material for a reflection film comprises nickel and boron contained in aluminum and is characterized by comprising 1.5 at% to 4 at% of nickel and 0.1 at% to 0.5 at% of boron with the balance consisting of aluminum. More preferably, the nickel content is 1.5 at% to 3 at%, and the boron content is 0.1 at% to 0.4 at%.</p>
