PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing information on payment transaction to be managed by a dispenser from being inconsistent with an amount of money actually paid from a cash management device in paying cash from a cash management device in payment transaction at a counter.

SOLUTION: This cash management device 1 used for supplying cash to an open dispenser 15 and collecting cash from the open dispenser 15 is configured to receive the information on cash to be paid from the open dispenser 15 when paying cash, and to pay cash based on the received information on cash.
