PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management device, an equipment management system, and a program capable of securing the interconnectivity of communication between a management terminal and equipment even in the case of using a management terminal and equipment having low processing capability.SOLUTION: An equipment management device 10 is configured to preliminarily acquire the restriction information of equipment 20. Then, the equipment management device 10 is configured to, when it is determined that the end batch transmission processing of function information in response to a first function information request transmitted from a GUI terminal 30 satisfies the restriction information, transmit a second function information request for requesting the end batch transmission of the function information to the equipment 20. Also, the equipment management device 10 is configured to, when it is determined that the end batch transmission processing of the function information in response to the first function request transmitted from the GUI terminal 30 does not satisfy the restriction information, transmit a plurality of second function information requests for requesting the transmission of a part of the function information to the equipment 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
