PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus capable of reducing an overhead for allocation of interleavers in an IDMA system, a radio communication apparatus, a communication control method, a radio communication method, and a program.SOLUTION: The communication control apparatus includes: a communication unit for communicating with a radio communication apparatus of a communication system using an interleave division multiple access system (IDMA: Interleave Division Multiple Access); and an interval control unit for dynamically changing an interval at which interleavers used for the IDMA by the radio communication apparatus are assigned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
