PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder, holder unit and scribing device stabilizing the formation position of a scribing line so as not to deviate from a desired position by movement of a scribing wheel in a pin shaft direction.SOLUTION: A holder unit 30 comprises: a scribing wheel 40; a pin shaft 50 penetrated by the through-hole of the scribing wheel; a pair of holding parts 63a, 63b formed to the lower part 62 of a holder body 60; and the pin holes 66a, 66b in which the pin shaft is inserted. In the holding part 63a, an air hole 70 for sucking or discharging air is formed at a position facing the side face 41a of the scribing wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
