PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work safety when temporarily fixing a broken electric pole, and facilitate transportation of members used for the temporary fixing.SOLUTION: A temporary support device 1 for a broken electric pole is fitted on a broken electric pole comprising a near-ground residual part 104 and a broken part 102 above ground that has moved due to breakage from a position of the near-ground residual part 104, the temporary support device for a broken electric pole being for temporarily supporting the broken part 102 above ground, and including a temporarily installed column body 10 erected on the near-ground residual part 104, and a fixing member 50 for fixing the broken part 102 above ground on the temporarily installed column body 10. The temporarily installed column body 10 includes an underground side circular plate member 12 installed inside the near-ground residual part 104 and having a plurality of through-holes 20 formed on a plate surface, a plurality of rod-form members 14 inserted into the near-ground residual part 104 and furthermore through the through-holes 20, an above-ground side circular plate member 16 disposed outside the near-ground residual part 104 and having a plurality of through-holes 22 formed on a plate surface, through which the plurality of rod-form members 14 is inserted, and a cap part 18 covering a top edge part of the rod-form member 14.
