PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable hot-melt urethane composition from which an adhesive excellent in initial adhesive strength and releasability can be obtained.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin composition which contains a urethane prepolymer (A) having an isocyanate group, an acrylic polymer (B), a thermoplastic resin (C) having a softening point in the range of 50-80°C, and a curing catalyst (D) represented by general formula (1).
