PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of inhibiting operational error of a touch panel device by noise generated for example from a liquid crystal display, having extremely excellent adhesiveness to an adherend and property capable of sufficiently following a step part of the adherend.SOLUTION: The invention related to an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer on a single face or double face of a layer (A) having storage elastic modulus measured at temperature of 20°C and frequency of 1.0 Hz of 5×10Pa to 20×10Pa and containing a rubber polymer and an adhesiveness adding resin directly or via other layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
