A light source module (100), comprising: a power supply board (10); a plurality of LED chips (20) arranged in an array on the surface of said power supply board (10); and a light-guide housing (30) arranged upon the power supply board (10), the bottom of said housing (30) being in contact with the surface of said power supply board (10) such that the LED chips (20) are sealed between the light-guide housing (30) and the power supply board (10). A backlight module provided with the present light source module (100). By means of the LED chips (20) provided upon the surface of the power supply board (10), and of a reflective layer (11) subsequently coated upon the surface of the power supply board (10), and of the light-guide housing (30), the power supply board (10), and the LED chips (20) being integrated in a whole so as to constitute an integrated light source module (100), increase of the visible area ratio of a liquid crystal display is achieved. |
