A touch point positioning method, which is used for positioning two touch points of a self-capacitance touch sensing device. The touch sensing device comprises N row sensors (Y1-YN) and M column sensors (X1-XM) intersecting with each other. The method comprises: applying a first driving signal to the N row sensors (Y1-YN) in sequence, and determining row sensors (Yn, Yn+j) having touch points; applying a second driving signal to the M column sensors (X1-XM) in sequence, and determining column sensors (Xm, Xm+i) having touch points; and providing a third driving signal to the candidate row sensors (Yn, Yn+j) or column sensors (Xm, Xm+i) having the touch points, detecting the signal transmission delay time of the driving signal in the row sensors (Yn, Yn+j) or the column sensors (Xm, Xm+i), and determining coordinates (A1 (Xm, Yn) and A4 (Xm+i, Yn+j), A2 (Xm+i, Yn) and A3 (Xm, Yn+j)) of actual touch points according to the delay time. A self-capacitance touch sensing device, which uses the method for positioning touch points. A display apparatus comprising the self-capacitance touch sensing device. |
