摘要 A main-gate-free high-efficiency back contact solar cell, comprising a solar cell sheet (1) and an electrical connection layer. A backlight surface of the solar cell sheet is provided with a P electrode (2) connected to a P-type doped layer and an N electrode (3) connected to an N-type doped layer. The electrical connection layer comprises several conductive fine gate lines (4, 5), wherein a part of the conductive fine gate lines (4) are connected to the P electrode on the backlight surface of the solar cell sheet, and the other part of the conductive fine gate lines (5) are connected to the N electrode on the backlight surface of the solar cell sheet. The conductive fine gate lines have a multi-segment structure. A multi-segment conductive fine gate line reduces a series resistance and reduces a transmission distance of a filling factor, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the stress of the conductive fine gate line on a battery sheet.
