PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric generation apparatus having a thermoelectric generation unit for converting thermal energy with a varying emission state into electrical energy for recovery in a continuous casting line or a slab casting line with a flowing heat source.SOLUTION: Steel thermoelectric power generation units 7 are installed so as to face steel products at closer positions in a low temperature part than in a hot temperature part according to temperatures of the steel products, and with a higher density in a high temperature part than in a low temperature part according to temperatures of the steel products.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
