PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a reaction force, which is generated when an air bag body expands, with a reinforcement member.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a vehicle air bag device including: an air bag module; an air bag lid member; and a reinforcement member 7 having at least an attachment flange part 12 having a welding part 11 and a module housing part 13. A module fixing part 21 is provided on a lower surface of the attachment flange part 12 so as to protrude therefrom. A fragile part 22, which is broken by a force weaker than a welding force of the welding part 11, and a separation prevention part 24, which keeps a portion located below the fragile part 22 in the module fixing part 21 when the fragile part 22 is broken, are provided at a lower end part of the module fixing part 21. The fragile part 22 is formed as a gradual shrinkage shape part 25 having a width gradually narrowing toward the separation prevention part 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
