PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate with another person located near a predetermined person.SOLUTION: A first communication unit communicates with a first communication terminal device by means of a first communication mode. A second communication unit communicates with a second communication terminal device by means of a second communication mode capable of communicating at a longer distance than that of the first communication mode.
