Provided are: a Ni-based super heat-resistant alloy having excellent high-temperature strength after hot working; and a turbine disk using same. The Ni-based super heat-resistant alloy has a composition comprising, in % by mass, 0.005%-00.20% C, 2.0%-2.5% Al, 6.25%-6.50% Ti, 13%-15% Cr, 22-28% Co, 1.5%-3.5% Mo, 0.5%-2.0% W, 0.010%--0.030% B, 0.035%-0.060% Zr, 0-0.01% Mg, 0%-5% Fe, 0-3% Ta, and 0%-3% Nb, with the remainder being Ni and unavoidable impurities. In a cross-sectional structure observation, the crystal grain size is at least ASTM No. 7.0, the primary γ' phase area ratio is 5%-25%, and the secondary γ' phase average particle diameter is no more than 400 nm. The 0.2% resistance at 650°C is at least 1,050 MPa and the creep rupture time in a creep test under conditions of a test temperature of 725°C and a test load of 630 mPa is at least 350 hours. |
