PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition to obtain DNA probes having a unique sequence, in the field of identification of DNA sequences, genes or chromosomes.SOLUTION: A composition comprises any double stranded DNA containing a unique sequence from which repetitive sequences are eliminated according to the method described in this invention. The invention relates to preservation of cells that are identified after immunomagnetic selection and fluorescent labeling, in order to further investigate the cells of interest. The invention also relates to genetic analysis of cells that are identified after immunomagnetic selection and fluorescent labeling.
