ELECTROLYTIC PROTECTION MONITORING METHOD AND APPARATUS OF METAL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic protection monitoring method of a metal structure in which an electrolytic protection state of the metal structure is monitored quantitatively, economically and efficiently by using Bayes estimation utilizing prior information.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrolytic protection monitoring method of a metal structure for monitoring an electrolytic protection state of a metal structure contacting electrolyte, in which an unknown analysis parameter reflecting the electrolytic protection state of an observation equation is identified based on a potential measurement value measured at a plurality of measuring points apart from an electrode attached to the metal structure by a predetermined distance and prior information of the electrolytic protection state by using Bayes estimation, and the electrolytic protection state of the metal structure is monitored based on the identified analysis parameter.
