PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable comparison of test results between chassis dynamo meters having different forms or the like. SOLUTION: A verification vehicle 12 equipped with a sensor for calculating a drive wheel output is run at a prescribed running mode on the chassis dynamo meter, and a work Wr actually done at that time by the verification vehicle 12 is determined. On the other hand, a target work Wo which is a theoretical work in the prescribed running mode and a set work We which is a work based on the load set on the chassis dynamo meter are calculated. Errors of the actual work Wr to the target work Wo and the set work We are determined. The errors of each chassis dynamo meter are determined by using the verification vehicle, and thereby the test results can be compared between each chassis dynamo meter.
