PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation-linear motion conversion mechanism excellent in efficiency. SOLUTION: The rotation-linear motion conversion mechanism 10 has a sun shaft 31, a planetary shaft 41, and a sun gear 36. The sun shaft 31 is extended along a shaft 201, and moves in a straight line in a shaft 201 direction. The planetary shaft 41 has a screw part 33 screwed with the sun shaft 31, and a gear part 44p to which spur gear is formed, and revolve around the shaft 201 as the center while rotating on an outer circumference of the sun shaft 31.
